Diablo 4 'Midwinter Blight' event runs until January 3, 2024

Midwinter Blight, the first limited-time event of Diablo 4, is now live and will run until January 3, 2024, 2 AM (Philippine Time).

During this event, Fractured Peaks will be consumed by a never-ending darkness and bitter cold. You will have the opportunity to join forces with a hopeful bard who brings a warning about an awakened "Red-Cloaked Horror." This creature has Blightfiend underlings who prey on the most disheartened souls.

In the Midwinter Blight event, Diablo IV players can complete event quests, upgrade the event hub, battle a new boss, and earn rewards, including new cosmetic items.

Event Overview

Here's what Diablo 4 players can expect with the time-limited Midwinter Blight event.

Assist Gileon, the skilled bard, in his quest to revive the joyful spirit of the people of Kyovashad. Gileon has heard rumors of malicious dangers lurking in the snow, causing the citizens to lose their morale. Help him bring back the happiness and enthusiasm they once had.

Head to Kyovashad's Midwinter Square to immerse yourself in the holiday spirit. Upgrade the square's festive atmosphere by defeating the pale blue Blightfiends lurking in Fractured Peaks for their Blighted Fragments.

Put an end to the Blightfiends' Blighted Revelry by demolishing the cluster of human remains known as Frigid Husks and retrieving Lost Heirlooms, which can be utilized to enhance the square.

If you're looking to take down the Red-Cloaked Horror, the brutal mastermind behind the Blightfiends' attacks on Fractured Peaks, then start by punishing enough of his minions.

Once you've accumulated enough Blighted Fragments, Lost Heirlooms, and other Midwinter Blight resources, head over to the Collections Table in Midwinter Square to trade them for Midwinter Proofs. These proofs can be exchanged for a range of rewards, such as a Mount Trophy, Class-specific Back Trophies, Weapon Cosmetics, the Shard of Dawn Offensive Legendary Aspect, and Gileon's Brew, among others.
